Mitch at Healthy Climate is very courteous, knowledgeable, punctual and demonstrates professionalism in his business. His quote for replacing my split heat pump system was the best value and included replacing the entire primary duct line and return duct. Installation, however, did not go as smoothly as anticipated. A crew of five took 10 hours to complete the work and in the process, broke two plumping connections for the waste lines in the crawl space. They did make the necessary repairs, but only by chance did I discover one of the broken connections as the crew was packing up to leave. I believe that if the crew members would have exercised a little more caution in their work, these problems could have been avoided from the start. Also, they left a fair amount of trash in the crawl space and did not replace the moisture barrier they tore when moving the air handler into the crawl space. Mitch was very responsive in addressing these issues after I notified him and made sure that I was completely satisfied before I paid him. He also did not require any payment prior to completion of the installation and my final approval. Overall, I was satisfied with Healthy Climate and the Lennox system they installed.

Dealer helped us upgrade our existing system after we completed a new 600 sf main floor addition and also added a separate unit for upstairs. Dealer’s suggestions have greatly improved overall efficiency. Dealer/owner is a very professional, experienced, impressive decent young man that we highly recommend.

We used this dealer to repair our 6 year old unit many times. He would come when we had an equipment failure even in the evening. He always made sure it was functioning properly before he left. He called to inquire after the repairs. At one point, he replaced our condenser but told us it was a matter of time on the entire unit. He helped us limp through almost 2 years knowing we would have to replace it at any time. Our builder selected and installed our initial unit but didn’t tell us it wasn’t sized property to heat/cool our home. Not only did this dealer explain the size unit we needed, he provided details and reasons. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants a high quality system. We are highly satisfied and know if we need help in the future they are available. We also added a filtering system that has helped substantially on the dust in our home.

We just built a new house and could not have asked for a better HVAC company. We have 3 heat pumps & one gas furnace, so we have plenty of HVAC to go around. The service is fantastic and the employees/owner of the company are great. This past Thanksgiving our gas furnace would not start up & they came out by 11:00 am to get us going. I would highly recommend them to anyone & the Lennox products.
